Delivery driver took no notice of instructions to leave the parcel at a specific neighbour if no answer at the address. Message was left that the parcel was left in the porch. On contacting customer service due to no parcel the photograph provided by the driver shows it was delivered to the wrong address entirely. Customer service was not very helpful stating that they had notified the depot so it wouldn't happen again. They took no responsibility for the missing parcel and offered no help except I should contact the supplier. Passing the buck springs to mind and I would suggest no reputable company use them.
