I’ve just spoken to webchat about whereabouts of my parcel. The guy clearly did not read my comments as he did not answer any of them appropriately.
The driver appears to have no satnav as he has driven around in a massive circle and still not found my house. I have been next in delivery line for about three hours now as the driver tours the whole of Shropshire. Webchat person totally useless. Rubbish company. I wonder if I will ever see the plants I bought or if they will die before this happens?
