Absolutely appalling customer service. I waited at home all day so I would not miss an important delivery. I received an email at 3.45 on the Saturday the parcel was due to arrive informing me that as I was not at home the driver could not deliver my parcel. I was there all day also telling me a card had been left. No card obviously. Immediately contacted Customer Service who just repeated that as I wasn’t in the driver couldn’t deliver. After 3 times of repeating that I had been in all day the exceptionally rude assistant ended the conversation. This is the second time I have experienced terrible customer service from this company
