Received cards two days in a row saying 'I missed you', when at home both days, with a very loud doorbell!. Contacting anyone is convoluted - never did find how to make voice contact - and the on-line customer service just repeats info. available.
I was then promised delivery next day, with a time slot notification. Nothing arrived, and tracking next day showed it at the depot. Depot closed on Sunday. Promise repeated.
This makes five days since first card delivered. The company fails customers on all counts. Avoid!
