Beyond useless.. They actually delivered my package with the items I purchased remove/stolen and took a photo of it sat outside my front door as a screwed up brown bit of paper.
I then tried to re-order the same items thinking this was just a one off indecent but I guess this was lucky thinking as my parcel is now lost.
Seems Yodel need to seriously address they run and manage their operations.
