Yodel has linked my personal number to one of their driver’s profile, and for the last 2 months I’ve been receiving phone calls and text message from their customers, and I must say, am very surprised how many parcels they lose every day only around Elephant area.
Customer service is awful. They have not been able to fix this issue even though I’ve reached out to them countless times and they jus keep saying we will escalate this issue to the team but nothing has been done
