Driver has turned off tracking. Location shows him as on a school playing field for the last 3-4 hours (impossible location), and all other tracking is unavailable (all options unavailable).
Webchat equally awful, 'assistants' take absolutely ages to even respond (5 real time minutes per response), and then only use the same tracking information I have. But in the same manner as if I'd won the lottery.
I'll stop using the company that uses them. I may just be one person, but... 😉
