I ordered a pair of shoes that never turned up! The tracking info said “en route” but it stayed like that for days, I contacted live chat who kept telling me the tracking information was incorrect (not true). I contacted the retailer who found out that the parcel was actually lost. Live chat cannot help and customer service were also unhelpful. I don ‘t think I will order with a company who uses Yodel as their courier.
