Yodel is absolutely by far the worst company.
They dropped thr cages at the main entrance of the building for people to steal them and that's what happened to my parcel. There's no number to speak to no one, no webchat, nothing!. Please, avoid Yodel. I don't know why they are still operating. They should be shut down.
