Waited all day for parcel,kept checking app,then came up delivered,checked my garden,neighbours gardens,phoned Yodel,automated message told me my parcel was in out building ,which I don’t have!!Tried website and different customer service numbers,no body answering calls,and website says tracking number was invalid,finally found my parcel in front garden between two plant pots,on main road,courier had to walk past my front door and front window to put parcel there,but didn’t knock and would see television on ,this is not first time,and I am not using any firm who use this firm.Biggest joke is couriers mobile number who seemingly you can contact if you have a problem is 0000000000001,FGS
