They don't give a time slot like Evri and don't update you, so expect you to wait in all day for something that probably won't turn up anyway. Went out for half hour and lo and behold missed parcel. I rearranged for the next day, no show, then the day after, no show again. My daughter who was also involved had a very rude online chat with someone in a foreign call centre who wanted to know what she'd ordered and size and colour of each item! My online chat was someone who assured me their tracking had not updated properly and it would come by 9pm.. definitely. This knowing that at 9pm they will have all gone home. Did it turn up? Did it hell. They just tell you what you want to hear. Absolutely the WORST delivery company by a country mile!!!
