I ordered flowers over a week ago for my mothers 80th birthday and Yodel failed to deliver today stating that they couldn’t find my address. Hmmm in an age of sat navs and telephones. Load of rubbish excuse as per usual from Yodel. I went on their so called customer service web chat and was finally given a phone number for the driver which went unanswered even by text. Customer service manager Adam Gupta from India finally telephoned me after much insistence on my part and said he would follow up with the depot in the UK. Amateur Hour at Yodel.
