Yodel driver delivered my parcel on the 24th May which came from overseas. Ive had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it.
As no one was home, the driver left my package outside my flat in a open amd public space. He has provided proof of leaving my parcel outside aswell as his GPS location.
Yodel drivers seem to be confused as they leave parcels anywhere they wish without us customers confirming or asking them to do this.
I recieved an email notifying me about my delivery and saw the proof of delivery, when I came home from work my parcel was not there, obviously someone helped themselves to my package. I have contacted Yodel on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it besides advise me to wait, or contact the store over seas which is also no help. I contacted the driver who does not pick up or respond to the messages.
It is now the 14th July and still nothing has been done.
YODEL is by far THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I have dealt with. I now know to avoid them and would highly recomment you not to use them.
I would have scored them a 0 if the option was available.
Their customer support service is disgraceful and the delivery drivers are unprofessional, useless and complete mugs.
