This is beyond any doubt the worst delivery company in the world.
They just assume it’s ok to throw packages through a door or drop items and assume the customer will go looking for the package.
They don’t consider that delivery is to the address on the packet they just drop anywhere in the vicinity.
And don’t care about old and disable people. A vile company vile drivers who in the main cannot read English. Do Not use if you want to maintain any sanity of find your goods
