I booked for collection service from the shop. It said it's already arrived. But my parcel is missing!
Whatever I ask to customer service, they just tell me to wait. They have no idea where is my parcel or what happened.
Anyone can do their job too tbh. Whatever the question is, you just have to say
"I know your parcel is important to you. But Wait..... and wait more"
