Awful Service
I placed an order with Tripp luggage for an upcoming travel , the order has been sitting at yodels local depot for the five past days. I've had no updates since and every time I chat with them , its a scripted reply there's not been much help or any intention to resolve the issue. Today I was informed by an agent that there was a scanning issue and asked me to confirm the contents of the package?? They just don't care. DO NOT recommend.
