The driver stole my parcel and used a photo off the internet as proof of delivery. The photo certainly looks fake but the customer service agent refused to even accept their fault. I live in a flat and the photo was from an abandoned storage room or something and the photo was pixelated and very obvious it was a downloaded one. Even my retailer ‘Timberland’ accepted straightaway that photo looks fake.
They hire thieves and it’s not my first experience with them hence the review.
Pls stay away!
