Yodel said my parcel was delivered but it was not I was in all the time. I contacted yodel and their web chat said I had received my parcel and sent me proof of a photo.
I said this is not true.
my parcel had been delivered to another house and luckily they brought it to me the next day.
Yodel is terrible and yodel in black and white wrote that I was lying.
Yodel needs closing down and shops need to use other couriers.
