Driver was supposed to deliver today but couldn't find the address. My house is not in a new build, so it seems their drivers have £20 cheap sat navs from Amazon to make their deliveries. Even then, the driver failed to contact me to ask for directions. I received email "Sorry we missed you" despite me being at home and waiting for the parcel or the driver's call. Atrocious service - and I hope Argos ceases their partnership with them because of systematic failures. There is limited info on how to complain to them, so I will consider complaining to the Trading Standards as well.
