8 days waiting, no delivery. No answers from yodel. Impossible to speak to a human. Worst courier service I have ever had to deal with.
Lied to about attempted deliveries when driver isn’t even anyway near delivery address. Lied to about why my parcel hasn’t left depot. Webchat are less than useless, just tell you to track it on their website, even though tracking hasn’t been updated for 2 days.
I will avoid ordering from companies that use yodel from now on.
