Appalling. My parcel was simply dumped “further up the road” according to the kind person who picked it up and brought it to my door. This is the second time that Yodel simply dumped my parcel, on the first occasion it was handed to a total stranger who was kind enough (and honest) enough to track me down and give it to me. Both times my address and postcode were clearly marked. Yodel deserves no stars at all and in future I shall not order from any company that uses Yodel.
