Why do companies use Yodel! One job, deliver parcels.....can't even do that! Over a week waiting for a deliver which was 1-3 days delivery.
Chat bot, your parcel cleared customs on the 6th October, we're awaiting it at our depot!....it's now the 12th! You've clearly lost it in the warehouse!! USELESS!
