3 times I’ve had parcels sent to me via Yodel. 3 times they fail to deliver.
Claim the address is not available but Royal Mail seem to find it with no problems.
It’s not just the terrible service but the lies they tell to cover up that bad service.
Just do NOT send anything via Yodel
