Would never deal with a company that uses yodel. Spent over 2 hours trying to change an address.
Webchat is a waste of time they don't know what they are doing. Telephone is also a problem because you don't get to talk to a real person.
In the end never got my package which was need for an graduation party and had to rush out to buy another gift.
Never ever again and I tell all friends and family don't deal with any company that uses yodel.
