Useless company
Lost my parcel contacted live chat 6 times, they are a waste of time palm you off with a load of rehearsed excuses.
Said I’ve got to wait 14 days to allow them to investigate been 26 days so far, still fobbing me off I think their game is to hope you will give up in the end.
I use most courier companies going for my business but these rates amongst the very worse, I would not recommend.
