I ordered an item for my daughter for Christmas she was off work due to illness so was definitely at home to answer door.
This was ordered two weeks ago and when checking on tracking said attempted delivery three times!
And it was now at depot .
I called you twice and you said you would re deliver but never did.
I also called the company I bought the goods from twice and they said they would contact you and informed me on two occasions that you would deliver but no delivery.
An appalling service .
