I received an email saying that the parcel has been delivered to a collection point. I went to collect it only to be told it's not there. A very rude shop owner shouted at me and asked me to 'leave as others customers are waiting' I tried tracking the parcel so I contacted Yodel using the live chat option. Three different customer service advisers closed the chat without actually resolving the issue.
