If you want to receive your parcel and get genuine information via customer service please don't chose this company!
When I purchased their service the expected delivery time was 2-3 days, after purchasing went up 5 days. Contacted customer service, only gave me copy paste answers and I am traveling away, so don't chose them as Christmas present delivery service.
