Where to start?
Parcel delivered to god know's where... And despite days of trying to find out what happened and still no parcel, and 3 days of broken promises from the live chat team, still no parcel and no idea of when it will come..
Do not trust a word their support team says - they just read from the script and hope you will give up and go away...
£4.50 for a rubbish service from a rubbish company...
I don't necessarily blame the drivers - they are probably paid peanuts and expected to deliver too many parcels in a single shift.. its a corporate culture issue.
