I sent a parcel well packaged and marked fragile
The parcel was received by the recipient damaged.
Trying to sort things out with yodels on line chat was atrocious _ obviously working from a list I personally felt badly let down
Next I spent another 20 mins speaking with a customer (couldn’t care less) assistant.
An absolute waste of time - I didn’t get my problem solved but I did learn one most definite thing NEVER USE YODEL AGAIN
