Sent 2 parcel both marked as delivered but not to the intended addresses, either of them. I got a photo of one address and my customer fond his parcel further down the street the photo at the other address was a parcel sticking out of a letter box which could be anywhere, totally pointless photo however sufficient to show it's not the door it should be sticking out of.
Worth paying the extra for a decent delivery service ... this was my last time.
Forget trying to get a refund, never mind compensation if the other parcel doesn't turn up.
