Yodel are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They supposedly tried to deliver my parcel numerous times but were unable to find the address ( it’s a shop, all of its customers manage to find it).
The driver is obviously lying or can’t be bothered.
The yodel web chat is a complete waste of time and the customer service phone number won’t let you speak to anyone. The complaint team ignore your emails.
They are a complete disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they are basically stealing from customers.
