This is my 2nd time using Yodel and again am very disappointed. I ordered valentine flowers to be delivered to wife's place of work and provided postcode...Building name and number with wife's name and exact place of her office and they still delivered them to the mail room...They made no effort to deliver them to receiver...I do not recommend this place to anyone....
1st delivery a few months back....ordered flowers and they didn't deliver the bottle of champagne, claiming they did and never offered a refund......
