The idiot woman that delivers in my area, supposedly delivered a parcel to me on 18/12/23, I still have not got it.
The proof of delivery photo shows some random bags which are not outside of my flat.
Yodel keep insisting that it has been delivered, I still don't know who they delivered it to.
