The courier visited my home on 3 occasions (according to Yodel) but assumed nobody was in, they were. Why didn't he/she ring the bloody doorbell or failing that leave the parcel in any one of a number of safe places.
The parcel is now on it's way back to the supplier so that I can get a refund.
A useless company it would seem, why does anyone use Yodel's services? In future if a supplier uses the said I won't buy from them.
