Still waiting on parcel posted 8 days ago ( from 28 miles away!) randomly shows tracking but driver knocks off before he gets here. Very difficult to contact. Now blatantly lying about me not being in and cards being posted through my door. Last time this happened I sent them 6 emails. Didn’t get a single reply.
