Phanton 'Failed delivery' attempts, terrible app, condescending and highly unhelpful live chat staff. No notifications, and when I did get them, I wasted a whole day waiting on delivery that didnt appear. Then when parcel finally arrive (i had to change the address because they 'couldnt find it', the box looked like a burst couch, the box was destroyed
The driver took no responsibility claiming it must have been sent that way, then threw it at me to which the contents went bouncing down my hallway, soon as my back was turned he was nowhere to be seen.
Absolute joke of a company, I've had multiple parcels delivered and Yodel are the only one who can't find my address. It's on a main road ffs, not like I'm in the sticks or down a dirt track.
