Booked parcel today from ilford to Glasgow but appox 4 store in ilford refuse to accept parcel reason they accept one two kg parcel.But I paid for 5 kg now I’m in trouble from where I send my parcel which I paid 8.61 gbp today dated 11/06/24 first time bad experience
