I explained the circumstances with my package showing as returned to retailer on Yodel tracking, retailer says they haven't gotten it and that Yodel is still delivering it, Yodel are saying I had to have dropped it off somewhere to be returned, but I never received it to do that, Yodel are saying that they can't help me because I can't verify the drop off location that I used, when I never even got the parcel to begin with.
Customer Service wouldn't even entertain me because they need a drop off location to 'Verify' but the address the parcel was being sent to can't be used for whatever reasons?
All in all, the chat ended abruptly while they were typing, thanks Chetan Chetan and then it pops up 'Chat has been deleted' I can't even save the chat to show my side of things? Ridiculous.
