They say they delivered and supplied a picture of parcel in porch. It was not our porch. Our security camera does not show any activity at the time of supposed delivery. Yodel say they delivered to postcode but won't tell me what house number. They tell me to contact the seller for a refund.
You can't speak to a human on the telephone.
Customer service is worse than useless.
DO NOT USE THEM EVER !!!!!
