My item which I had been waiting for for several weeks finally reached England. Once I got the tracking number and realised it was Yodel my heart sank.
Now, after Yodel have had it in their care for over a week it turns out it has been lost.
I can't say I'm surprised - I'm really not. I am appalled though that this company can still function with so many misdemeanors occurring so frequently.
Lost parcels are practically synonymous with the name Yodel.
I wish there were some way I could stress my anger and disappointment more.
