1. Blatant lies when driver was over loaded on final delivery slot.
2. No updates or ETA all day. 1 delivery came unnanounced, the other had me waiting til 5pm for a slot of 7-9pm which was cancelled at 8.45 for van breakdown. Reschedule delivery currently 2pm with no indication any thing happening.
3. No customer service to speak to only a chat agent that has the same information you do.
