If I could give NO STARS then I would! Complete carelessness of parcels!
Appalling ‘customer service’ I tried live-chat, phone, email, talking to the driver, returning to the shop EVERY THING THEY SUGGESTED I DID! it’s taken TWO MONTHS of trying to contact them in order to either locate my parcel or claim compensation back on my parcel which they lost/stole & they have now refused to pay me back!!!!!
