Delivery arrived at delivery depot 3am on the 6/8 due for delivery that day nothing spoke with chat line assured me it was coming out on 6/8 just wasn’t showing on system no it didn’t again on the 7/8 told same again at 4 pm still sitting there at depot
Staff on chat line can only see what the app says they cannot contact depot so why use are they
And we now move to the 8/8 and having paid 6.99 for the service this is appalling I have been lied to o at best
