1) there was no attempt to deliver. I know of this as a fact because i was at home 15/08 and 16/08.
2) no one from Yodel has attempted to contact me, the recipient, for any additional information required to deliver the parcel. A quick phone call should suffice if the delivery staff is unable to locate me-- which shouldn't be the case as I don't live in the middle of nowhere and have accessible entry
3) there is no access code required for the property, which I have already mentioned
