How, honestly, does this company stay in business? They get your parcel, tell you they've got your parcel,
then sit on your parcel for week. No changes on the tracker. Then out of the blue, someone chucks your package at your front door, and scarpers. Live chat is a serious misnomer. Tried calling? Yeah, right. Unfortunately, many of my suppliers are Chinese companies and they all seem to use them. Cheap, I suppose. It's beyond belief/credibility/all probability that it still has a pulse. Someone, please put it out of its misery. And us.
