What went wrong?? Whatever goes right with Yodel. You get emails telling you that the item is going to be delivered that day. You wait in because it also states that you can’t change delivery preferences. It says you can track the parcel on the app but you can’t. It doesn’t turn up. It never turns up on time in fact. Yodel are just the WORST delivery company I have the misfortune to deal with. All other delivery companies can manage to give a better service. Why can’t Yodle sort themselves out. It’s shocking. As soon as I see the name Yodel on my order my heart sinks.
