Absolutely rubbish company. I still haven’t got my parcel 5 days after “attempted delivery” and numerous chats. The customer care(JOKE!) service line is a an absolute waste of time and a joke. You will NEVER speak to someone as the automated link me disconnects and directs you to chat who direct you to call
I can’t even give ZERO stars.
It would’ve been quicker to walk to the supplier abroad and collect it myself!!
