If I could give 0 stars I would, I’m stuck between yodel and Vinted and not one of them will help even though my parcel is lost. Yodel say contacted Vinted, Vinted won’t do anything until the end of 25 days ( I sent this parcel at the beginning of August it’s now 10th September) yodels online chat is dire alongside the way the managers speak with you - and neither company will provide you with a CEO or directors email address- disgusting!
