Absolutely Appalling Service
I paid extra for a next day delivery and kept receiving messages saying the driver missed me when I was home the entire time. Tried to contact their chat service and basically got told that they cant do anything because they are the web-chat team and don't have numbers to contact any delivery drivers. Been waiting for my parcel for three days without any luck. Will never use this ridiculous service again.
Update: Spoke with three different customer service agents who did not even try to resolve my query and kept repeating the same information. They can't even provide a contact number to speak with someone over the phone. I had to contact the retailer (Clarins) that was kind enough to re-send the same order through DPD within minutes. Take my experience as a lesson and do not use Yodel at all.
